Onur is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge (Homerton College), and UCL, with expertise in Mathematics, and a focus on the cognitive and pedagogical mechanisms behind quantitative comprehension and abstract reasoning of organic intelligence within the Faculty of Education.

His research in mathematical social and cognitive inclusion provides key insights into how organic intelligence processes mathematical structures, which is vital for advancing artificial intelligence. This expertise, combined with his background in International Real Estate and Planning at UCL, has been applied to AI-driven valuation methodologies and the development of advanced and more sophisticated versions of Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), establishing him as a key contributor to real estate innovation and FinTech.

His global connections extend to major Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, Investment firms, Family Offices, and many angel investors within the Tech and finance sector where he secured substantial investment flows across international markets.
Onur, one of the UK’s youngest Senior Lecturers (equivalent to Associate Professor), brought innovation to academia early in his career. He previously played a key strategic role in the UK expansion of the world’s largest real estate conglomerate and has extensive experience in financial services industry.
