£1M cover — not a £1M limit

A common misconception is that we can only value properties worth up to £1M. Not so — we value property of any value. The £1M is our professional indemnity cover: it protects you against the financial impact of a valuation error, per claim — and that exposure is only ever the difference in value, never the whole property.
